Becky Launder is an entrepreneur, CEO, keynote speaker, and the brain behind two industry-loved brands: Modern Direct Seller and Oh My Hi. With a Master’s in Leadership & Management and a decade of experience in corporate marketing, Becky has led global training programs, sales initiatives, and product development — long before she ever stepped on stage as a direct sales leader.
She went on to build a multi-million-dollar direct sales team, became a top income earner, and was named Team Leader of the Year twice. Today, she helps entrepreneurs, social sellers, and small business owners build businesses they actually want to run — with simplified systems, sustainable strategies, and a whole lot of real talk.
Becky’s work has supported thousands of entrepreneurs around the world through her podcast, trainings, courses, workshops, and website platform. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her coaching from the ballfield bleachers, color-coding her to-do list, or refilling her iced coffee.
